By registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager on Pak Bet (accessible at pakbet.ws), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Pak Bet platform.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered by Pak Bet, including sports betting, cricket betting, casino games, roulette, virtual sports, fishing games, Ludo games and any promotional offers. They form the entire agreement between you and Pak Bet regarding your use of the platform.

To open and use a Pak Bet account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
Pak Bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
Pak Bet takes age verification seriously. Providing false information about your age during registration is a serious breach of these terms and will result in permanent account closure with forfeiture of any balance held in the account.
When registering at Pak Bet, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.
Each player may hold only one active Pak Bet account. Pak Bet uses technical systems to detect duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, Pak Bet will close the additional accounts, forfeit any bonuses associated with those accounts and may, at its discretion, void winnings generated through duplicate account play.
All Pak Bet accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals are processed in PKR. There are no foreign currency options and no currency conversion takes place on the Pak Bet platform.
You are responsible for selecting a secure password and keeping it confidential. Pak Bet staff will never ask for your full password. If you believe your account credentials have been compromised, contact Pak Bet support immediately at support@pakbet.ws and change your password without delay.
Account closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting Pak Bet support. Any balance in your account at the time of closure will be paid out subject to verification requirements being met and these terms being satisfied.
Pak Bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through a range of Pakistani payment methods. All transactions are in PKR.
The minimum deposit at Pak Bet is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though very large deposits may be subject to additional verification. Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited instantly to your Pak Bet balance. IBFT bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes to reflect during banking hours.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Pak Bet aims to process withdrawal requests as follows:
Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing. Pak Bet reserves the right to request supporting documents including government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership before releasing withdrawal funds. These checks are conducted to protect players and comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
Pak Bet will not process withdrawals to payment methods not registered in the account holder's name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will trigger a full account review.
The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on Pak Bet.
All bets are final once confirmed. Pak Bet does not accept bet cancellation requests after confirmation except in circumstances where a bet has been placed after an event has started due to a technical error on the platform's side. The minimum bet amount varies by product and market — the current minimums are displayed within each game and betting interface.
Sports bets at Pak Bet are settled on the official result of the relevant competition or governing body. In the case of cricket bets, PSL results are settled on PCB official records. International cricket bets are settled on ICC official records. If an event is abandoned, postponed or suspended, Pak Bet will apply the settlement rules appropriate to that sport and competition, as specified within each market.
All casino games, fishing games and Ludo games at Pak Bet operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested for fairness. Game outcomes are final. In the unlikely event of a technical malfunction that affects a game outcome, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned. Pak Bet's decision in such circumstances, made after technical review, is final.
Pak Bet reserves the right to set maximum payout limits per event, per day or per account. Where these limits apply, they will be communicated within the relevant product section. Winnings exceeding published maximum payout limits may be reduced to the published limit at Pak Bet's discretion.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, events abandoned without result, technical system failures, or evidence of irregular betting patterns. Voided bets have stakes returned in full to the player's Pak Bet balance.
Pak Bet offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, in addition to these general bonus rules.
All bonuses at Pak Bet carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real PKR. Wagering requirements, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x), represent the total amount of qualifying bets required relative to the bonus amount. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
Not all games at Pak Bet contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100% towards wagering. Certain casino games, fishing games or Ludo formats may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely from wagering. The eligible game list for each bonus is stated in that promotion's terms.
Pak Bet monitors bonus activity for patterns consistent with abuse, including low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent. If Pak Bet determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to remove the bonus and associated winnings from the player's account and may restrict future bonus eligibility.
Only one active bonus may be held in a Pak Bet account at a time. Players must complete or forfeit the current active bonus before opting into a new promotion, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
Note: Bonuses have expiry periods. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any winnings generated from it will be removed from your account. Check individual promotion terms for expiry details.
Pak Bet is committed to providing a gaming environment that is safe, transparent and genuinely supportive of responsible play. We recognise that while most players enjoy Pak Bet as entertainment, gaming can become problematic for some individuals, and we take that seriously.
All Pak Bet players can set the following limits directly from their account settings, without needing to contact support:
Limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
Pak Bet will never market to a player who is under active self-exclusion. We will not send promotional communications to excluded accounts, and we will take reasonable technical measures to prevent excluded players from reopening accounts during their exclusion period.

Pak Bet uses advanced monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity. Where prohibited conduct is identified, Pak Bet reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, freeze any balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
You are responsible for the security of your Pak Bet account. This includes maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring your registered mobile number and email address remain current and accessible only to you.
Pak Bet recommends using a strong, unique password for your account — one that is not used for any other online service. We also recommend enabling any two-factor authentication options available in your account settings.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Pak Bet support at support@pakbet.ws immediately. Pak Bet will investigate promptly and take appropriate action to secure your account.
Pak Bet will never contact you to ask for your full password or one-time PIN (OTP). If you receive any such communication claiming to be from Pak Bet, do not respond and report it to support@pakbet.ws immediately.
Pak Bet's liability to you in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your Pak Bet account at the time of any claim. Pak Bet is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Pak Bet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, Pak Bet will notify registered players via the email address on their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform, with at least 14 days' notice before the changes take effect.
Continued use of Pak Bet after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you should stop using the platform and may close your account by contacting Pak Bet support.
